Yoga for Athletes
Certified yoga instructor Tanya Hitch will be leading "Yoga for Athletes" this fall. All "Yoga for Athletes" classes will be complimentary to members. As a competitive swimmer and triathlete Tanya understands the commitment, competitive-ness, and drive that athletes have which enables them to be the best at what they do. Holding a B.S. in Exercise Science she understands the body and identifies how muscle imbalances can lead to injury. Practicing yoga has given Tanya a competitive edge and has allowed her to compete at her best. Questions? Contact Tanya at TanyaHitch@gmail.com

Tri-State Athletic Club Goes Paperless
We have major strides in the last year to become as energy efficient and green as possible. We've changed the insulation, installed new energy efficient lights in the fitness center and on the tennis courts, switched to more eco-friendly cleaning supplies, and now we are taking the final step; we are going paperless! All membership processing is already paperless through CSI, and now we are converting all programming information to an online format. We will also have information available on the bulletin board near the fitness center. Information on the website is downloadable and printable.
